This beach lot fits a family of 4 nicely. All Sims needs are met. Great views throughout the house. Plenty of area in the backyard to add on or add more fun stuff!
There is a seperate bath-house so nobody has to drag the sand in the house!
Also, there is a small garden to plant that perfect strawberry, for those hot summer days!
