The Glenridge House is a brick, contemporary ranch style house built just above the Maywood Glen at 18 Maywood Lane in Sunset Valley.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom has a double bed, dresser, two side tables with lamps, a mirror and a floor plant. The smaller bedroom has a single bed, dresser, hanging plant and a desk with a chair. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a sink, a mirror, medicine cabinet, decorative towel cabinet, and a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, sink, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave and a food processor. The formal dining room has seating for 6, a stereo and access to the rear deck. The living room has seating for 5, a TV, bookcase, 3 tables, phone, a couple potted plants and a fireplace.

Outside there is a long driveway with 2 parking stalls and a detached single car garage with one parking stall and a bike rack. The yard is nicely landscaped and there is plenty of room in the backyard for a garden, kids toys, a fire pit with chairs, small pool, or whatever else your Sim might want out there. The cars in the pics are not included with the lot.

Fire alarms have been placed in the kitchen and in the living room, and there is a security alarm by the front door.

If your Sim has trouble locating the newspaper look next to the porch by the bush.
