I am a big fan of the lots created by Masaharu, so when I had to start my games over this time I decided to make a neighbourhood that would revolve around his Japanese lots. This is Nabe, my food themed (kinda... most of the public places and the dorms and schools at Nabe University are named after Japanese food) Japanese-ish world. Unfortunately, Masaharu's lovely lots cannot fulfill everything I want or need in my neighbourhood, so I have done my best to mimic his style in such a way that it will mesh fluidly.

And then I went and made this lot!

I present to you the Sun House. The purpose is of this lot is to take care of the needs of a multi-cultural household. See also, a normal Sim and a Plantsim, such as my Kino-san and his leafy wife, Tsukushi. Most of the walls are greenhouse walls, and the lighting are the sun lamps. There are even garden plots in the kitchen and hall in front of the bathroom!

The house has a kitchen downstairs, as well as a water closet and a bath (neither of which have any greenhouse walls... we don't want random people peeping at your Sims!). Upstairs are two bedrooms and a study/live room. There are ample plants and trees, as well as an actual greenhouse behind the main house.

Specs are as follows:
The Sun House:
Lot Size: 2x2
Price: ยง123,562
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 1
Furnished: Yes
-No Custom Content

There is one drawback to having the greenhouse walls. Though you are sheltered from things like rain and snow, the game still considers it "outside." This means two things: your Sim will have to wear outerwear inside the home anytime it gets cold enough and the lights will stay on until 2am, no matter if there is a Sim sleeping in the room or not. My Sims have not had any problems with overheating or getting too cold, however.

Also, I seem to have forgotten to add the lights in the actual greenhouse when I was building this, so you'll have to add them.

Enjoy, hit the thanks button, comment, etc. Ja~
