Introduction

This is the fifth in the series and I decided that for this one, I would try to do a starter. This was a bit more difficult considering the fact that I had to use modern furniture, the same wall coverings and also the massive glass windows, but I think that I pulled it off.


The Tour

So, for this home, there is a kitchen/dining, master with ensuite and a tiny living room. The appliances in the kitchen aren't the best, so when you get enough money, replace them for good ones. Also, there is no burglar alarm because it would have taken the price over 18000 and then it wouldn't have been classified as a starter.

So, there is a fridge, sink, stove, some counter space, a dining table with two chairs, a TV, couch, phone and smoke alarm, clock, double bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables, a shower, sink and a toilet. This should be enough to get you started. I am thinking of making a non-starter version of this home, so if you want me to, then comment and if I get over 5 comments, then I will do it.

If you are wondering why it is on such a massive lot, well it is because you can renovate it once you get the money, or you can just use kaching[1k] or motherlode[50k].
