everybody know,s that in sims 3 child's or toddlers cant use the moodlet manager , and its kinda annoying!
so in this mod i changed that and i allowed every body to use it , child,s/toddlers!

Note: when the child or toddler use the moodlet manager their body will stretch and looks like adult body, but don't worry because thats only for 2 seconds when they are using the moodlet manager!
