Description:
Two-story starter house for 1-2 Sims, open kitchen/dining area, furnished. Minimal landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom (can be made into two)
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x spare room (unfurnished, can be made into two)
1 x attic (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), tub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a coffee machine; there's enough room for a carport. Note: I think I forgot the trashcan.

Expandability: A dining area may be added to the side of the kitchen; attic can be enlarged.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
