Description:
Small starter house for 1-2 Sims with large front porch and another one in the back. Fully furnished, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove. There's enough room to add a carport. Note: There's only one burglar alarm - in the hallway -, the dining room (back door) doesn't have one yet.

Expandability: Expanding to the right-hand side is easy, but the hallway would lose its window - I'd rather add a second floor (stairs would go behind the back of the kitchen wall, either off the dining room or off the hallway).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
