Each room is fulll of paintings, books, plants and bric-a-brac of all kinds found in flea markets or brought during travels.
This give a peticular feeling to the house, it's cosy and a bit exotic at the same time.
It's like travelling a bit whenever you enter a different room.
Originally, there was only one floor. The room was at the place of the kitchen area... so it was rather small.
Therefore change were made and the room was moved to the attic.
Now not only the kitchen and dining room is much larger but the bedroom also grown in size and in intimacy.
This house is not intended for a family but for a couple seeking a house a bit special, full of history.
Notice:
There is two zips for the download of this lot since I tried to include a good part of the custom content to avoid you having to download too much...
The first zip contain the lot file plus most of custom content.
The second zip contain the rest of the custom content.
I would have include more of the CC in the zip if some files weren't as big...
Note:
Due to a bug who appear when you construct lot with halfwalls via the cheatcode "constrainfloorelevation", a sort or floor appeared at some part of the house (If you put the camera toward the sky you can see it).
This "floating floor" was only near the entrie of the house or the interior stairs.
The two solutions for get rid of this bug is to destroy the halfwalls or destroy a part or it and remplace it with fencing...
Since I had a particular idea for the living room, I couldn't destroy them but the fencing wasn't very nice for the front door so I let it.
It's not very bothersome especially since your sims won't live in the entrie... so you won't see it.
As for the interior stairs, I managed to put some fence.
If you look on the right corner of the back of the house, you will see the fence if you look closely.
I managed to hide it with trees and luckily, if you look at the same corner in the interior of the house, you will not see the fence (if you use the view with the walls "up").
Also excuse my english, it's not my native language but I tried my best at writing all this but if you have problem about understanding, don't hesitate to ask me.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
You can call me Tinu or Tinuleaf. I haven't been active here for a long time but i'm back in the sims community since few weeks. I don't create furnitures (aside from recolor paintings) or clothes. I don't have the skills for it thought I hope I can learn one day. For now I'm specialized in creating poses, sims, making pictures out of it and decorating mostly. I created few content (houses mostly) that you can download on my account here but it's very old. I made it back then when the game was still new...
Aside that, I'm french but I'm living in Germany and I mostly speak english (aside my mother language). Thought I'm aware that my English is far from being perfect because I still learn so sorry in advance for the mistakes I make here and there.
I'm actually in the process of remaking my website DecoCoon but you can visit me at Tumblr for now.
See you around
