The epic name comes not from the pages of history, but rather, from the feeling of overwhelming and complete power that diffuses into the very soul of all that enter its grand walls. This house was designed from the ground up to be what I would consider a dream home. As it gradually took shape, it became a very powerfully-styled building, lending itself to its eventual naming. The furnishings are all modern and the colour scheme kept interesting, but not overly vivid.
It was built with the intention of housing but a couple of Sims. As such, the bottom floor is predominantly laid out for entertaining guests, with a large bar/eating area and large kitchen being the only rooms. Straight-through access to the pool and BBQ is also provided.
The second floor, reached via a split level landing, has a large open plan lounge leading through to a large bedroom - the bathroom is contained within the bedroom as to deter illicit bed-bound activities during the many parties this house will host.
Other features include the aforementioned pool, single parking space and a pre-arranged BBQ set up.
Throughout the project, another aim I kept in mind was the inclusion of absolutely NO custom content or Store Items. As such, anyone can play this house off the bat. The house was built on a 20x30 lot - I don't know what this translates to from the selection of sizes available here, so I have chosen 2x3.
Prices:
Furnished: 99,284
Unfurnished: 57,707

Install Instructions
1. Click the filename or the download button to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
