Fallorayne Amphitheatre

I don't know about you, but for me, this was absolutely the most useless lot ever created by Maxis- just awful. I know I'm hard on Maxis, but there was no reason for any Sim to ever visit this lot... until now, that is.

I decided to finally send one of my Sims to Acadamie La Tour. I had been using Sim State, with all the remodels I did, for my collegiate Sims. So, another wild hair... I started remodeling, gutting, rebuilding and redoing every community lot in that hood, sometimes from scratch. And I was rather pleased with the way this one turned out. From an ugly, useless duckling, to some place I'd actually want my Sim to visit: Fallorayne Amphitheatre...


Updated Amenities Include:
-Cafe
-Barista
-Male & Female Dressing Rooms w/ showers and vanities
-Guitar, Bass, Drums, Grand Piano and the Karaoke machine (you gotta have a singer, right?)
-It even has a vending machine, or cook your own food
-Grill with dining chair in the luxury seating deck.
-Plenty of trash cans with 2- not 1, but, two big-screen television monitors so you won't miss one sim-second of a performance.
