Here are some lovely bandanas for bald(ish) men. They come in 6 colours, and can be worn by young adults, adults, and elders. The hair underneath is a receding shaved stubble sort of look.

Each bandana is colour binned and includes all 4 Maxis hair colours (+ elder grey) in ONE file. Done this way to save space, since making separate files for each hair colour would mean duplicating the bandana texture 3 extra times per bandana.

The bandana appears when your sim is wearing Everyday, Athletic, and Outerwear clothing. The bald(ish) hair appears when your sim is wearing Undies, PJs, Swimwear, and Formal clothing.

Polygon Counts:
Bandana = 422 polys, bald(ish) hair worn with undies etc. references a Maxis basegame mesh.
