This is a luxury cottage I've been working on for 3 days. And what should've been a normal vacation cottage became a luxury one!


It's only 9x9 big, on a 20x30 lot but it has an open living/dining area, big kitchen, toilet and washroom downstairs.
On the 2nd floor you'll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and a loft-like walk which overlooks the livingroom.



This house is based on this one:http://www.houseplans.com/1050-squa...-garage-(30769), which looks pretty nice as starter home in real-life *drools*
-Ahum- back to business:
In the backyard you can find a bbq area, and it has open view to the river which is only about 10 feet away from you.

Main floor:
Open living/dining area

Fake ''closet'' under the stairs

2nd floor:
Loft-like walk
Master bedroom
Kids/guest bedroom
Bathroom



I rarely playtest homes, but this one is fully playtested (because the 2nd floor is in the roof) and everything works, only one small bug: the shower will turn 90 degrees and sims can't enter it, so you'll have to turn it until sims can enter it.

The house is built on 20x30 lot and costs §62.740 F and §29.895 UNF
