What's up forum?
I haven't made true mansions in ages, so I present you:

Ultimum Luxuria is a modern luxury mansion for 4 Sims.
The beautiful garden which took me 5 hours (don't believe me?) has everything your Sim needs: a firepit, romantic seating area, lounge, fireplace, pool, BBQ area, gym and a pond with flamingos

The modern interior will make your Sims melt (even more when they sit in front of the fireplace on their designer couch)

Since I wasn't able to make pretty collages here's the rest of the pictures:

This insane mansion does not cost nothing: §337.762 when they want it furnished or §149.946 unfurnished.
It's built on a 40x40 lot only!

1=Living areas
2=Kitchen
3=Bathrooms/toilet
4=Bedrooms
5=Other/bonus/extra bedroom

and the other piece is included (Open shower by Mizzy on TSR; FREE)
