This is 406 Coastal Reach Drive.
It has a living room, kitchen/dining room, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (the master bedroom is en-suite) and a single driveway. There is also a wraparound porch and balcony.
Despite the description saying it is a 30x20 lot it has actually been built on a 29x20 lot, but can be placed on any lot bigger than that.
It has been tested in game and I did not encounter any problems. If you do come across any then please let me know so I can fix it.
It uses content from World Adventures, Ambitions and High End Loft Stuff, but it does not use any custom or store content.
Furnished price is $93,990.
Unfurnished price is $56,557.
