Lazy eye slider

As requested, a slider to give a sim one lazy eye.
Instead of creating a slider for each eye i used the min and max of the slider for them.
Left side is left eye and right side is right eye.
Altho the file says Au(by default adult Unisex) it is for ALL ages and genders

When i rotated the upper eye lid it clashed with the lower eye lid when a sim was blinking.
Didn't look so good so i had to pull it a little forward so it covers the lower eye lid.
It does show a bit in side view. See screenshot
