Here is a huge, expensive and hopefully elegant manor on a medium sized lot. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, including luxurious master suite with bath and den, and attic room for kids. The kitchen has island and breakfast area. The living room includes fireplace and bar. The house also includes gorgeous custom walls and floors by the celebrated interior designers, Guardgian and sarah*rose. The house doesn't have a pool, but the yard has space for one or for a swing set or both. The base game driveway is the right size to make it functional. What else . . . I think I said it all. If your sims want to spend a bundle for a giant house, this is it!
One thing I must disclose, the attic room in the front of the house will not be usable by sims because the main roof slopes into it. However, I added extra rooms for storage in the attic, accessible through the kids' room. Materialistic sims can buy all the ugly statues and paintings and store them up there! Also the price just went down!
