By-gone Shores, the weathered victorian beach house, stands cold and alone on the shore line. Nobody can remember the last time it was lived in, but it was most probably before the war. Now in modern society this house stands up against all storms that both people and the sea can throw at it. And yet no one dares to enter......

I designed and built this lot with the Apocalypse theme in mind, it's a design lays roots in that of the houses on Sun Song Avenue in Sunset Valley, and in the Fallout Series. (mostly Fallout: 3 and Fallout: New Vegas)

But anyway, it was designed and built for a specific lot which i placed here:

The House has no cc. and is built with basegame and ambitions, although, as far as i am aware it is made entirely of basegame content. It sits on a 20 by 30 lot, which costs 84,450 simoleons furnished and 52,150 unfurnished.

On the groundfloor you will find; two porches, a kitchen, parlour and dinning room.
Upstairs you will find; a landing, office, two large bedrooms, a bathroom and another large veranda/porch.
Then finally, upstairs in the attic you will find; a landing/storage area and three single bedrooms.(one with a balcony)
