Hey everyone! This is another Sims 3 remake of a small cottage perfect for a growing family. The original TS2 house was made by sarah*rose and can be found here. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is affordable at §81,808 simoleons and is on a 30x30 lot.







This house sleeps up to 5 sims and a toddler, but was designed for 3-5 sims.

There are 2 parking spaces (1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage), and no cars included.
