Hey everyone! It's been a while since my last upload and this house has just been sitting in my game for a while. So today I bring you The Lantana. There's 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and plenty of living space. There's also accommodations for your pets! It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 147,635. No CC!

This house sleeps up to 6 sims with space for more. There is one parking spot in the garage with room for one or two more in the driveway.
This house requires pets! Also, the only things from Fast Lane stuff are in the garage, so it's only recommended.
