Hello again! After people seemed to like Yellow Obsession, I started to play around with the color blue, and this house came out of it. It's the same style and type as the yellow one, but it's a little smaller and I think it's more cozy. It has 2 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Bathrooms, a pool, and a garage. It's on a 30x30 lot with no CC.

The house sleeps up to 4 sims, and neither of the 2 parking spots have cars in them.

No Custom Content. and the house only requires World Adventures, Ambitions, and Generations.
