While some Sims are content to work out in the privacy of their own homes, many urban-dwelling Sims want the public exposure they can only get in a gym. Here, they'll find an audience to marvel at their statuesque physique, and fellow fitness nuts to encourage them to run faster, jump higher, and bench-press even more weight! Adrenaline Gymnasium makes a fine addition to any Downtown street corner or upscale commercial district, and for a fitness-minded Sim, there's no better place to spend the day (and maybe meet a special someone who shares that passion!)

This gym is inspired by a building from the Facebook game CityVille, "Mega Nail Salon." However, that building looked much more like a corner gym than a salon, so under my design, the interior became the temple of fitness that is Adrenaline Gymnasium. NO CC REQUIRED.

This gym features the latest in fitness design and technology. Weightlifting and treadmill rooms have floor-to-ceiling mirrors so Sims can watch themselves work out (or sneak a peek at the Sim they're crushing on two machines over! ) and floor-to-ceiling windows so passers-by cay look in and admire the muscles on display within. Further inside the building, other fitness pursuits find their space, with studios for yoga and dance, a half-court basketball room, and a soccer net in the back for Sims who want to get their fitness fix through sports.

The building also boasts a sauna and whirlpool tub for Sims to relax in, as well as a rooftop juice bar for them to quench the thirst they build up during a workout. Additionally, the first and third floors each boast a state-of-the-art locker room, complete with showers, restroom facilities, towels, and (duh) lockers, so Sims don't have to suffer the indignity of changing into a tracksuit right next to the treadmill.
