Another apartment complex inspired by designs from the Facebook game CityVille, these two towers rise out of a lot studded with palm groves and a beautiful lap pool. (CityVille calls this a "neighborhood," whatever that means... it works great as a set of apartment towers.)

The palm trees, whitewashed arches, luxurious balconies, and blend of tile and stucco exteriors gives this lot a decidedly tropical feel, making it perfect for either a beachside neighborhood or for adding a bit of green space to a Downtown that's getting too paved over. Just because they paved paradise doesn't mean your urbane, city-dwelling Sims can't find a little slice of it in their daily lives here! As an added bonus, apartment prices and sizes vary dramatically, so whether your Sim is an urban beach bum or a millionaire who wants to feel like they're always living in a vacation home, you'll find what you're looking for in these towers. Additionally, both towers have their own penthouse apartments, so your upper-crust Sims will always have someone to invite over for a champagne brunch or an evening luau.

Most of the apartments and all of the public spaces are designed to convey the open feeling of the tropics, with huge windows to look out over the ocean waves or the skyline of Downtown. Since Sims who choose this lifestyle probably want to look good enough that they can always slip into a swimsuit, there's a private gymnasium off the lobby of one of the towers, and the parkland and fountains around the base are perfect for evening strolls with your island beauty or Downtown hottie.
While there is no custom content, this is a huge lot, between the 4X4 base and the ten livable stories, so it will almost certainly lag on slow computers. This doesn't mean you can't use it, but just know that households living here won't give you the quickest responses in your neighborhood. Still, island living isn't very demanding, so take your time, grab a glass of your favorite nectar, and enjoy the tropical breezes whispering through the palm fronds!
