The '61 Bridgeport Expo invited architects, designers, and artists from across the globe to submit designs for small homes that reflected different cultures, innovative creativity, or daring engineering. Out of fifty-three submissions, twelve were chosen to be built at a site just outside the city, in a peaceful mountain valley. Along with a few exposition halls, the dozen showcase homes made a small community dubbed, Expotown. After the six month celebration of culture and industry, most of the homes were disassembled and rebuilt elsewhere.
Concept Cottage Model #8 was submitted by Jakob Volger, an architect from Germany. The judges were drawn to Volger's vision of a happy, modern family existing serenely with all the boldness of life. His somewhat traditional-styled, 3 bedroom/2 bath home featured a circular layout on the main floor, with swatches of solid colors adorning the walls. Bedrooms are upstairs, and the basement has a garage for one and spare rooms for any inevitable growth.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
Oh geez, it's 2019.
I didn't do much in 2018. Maybe this year will be better. I have a huge backlog of things I could upload. Who knows! My time management is currently, theoretically rated as -Please see me after class- if I had turned something in to start with.
It seems I have terrible motivation for requests. Sorry about that. But if you wave ideas and photos at me with enough coughs and elbow nudges, I might get a lot out in a few years...
I don't really have strict usage policy, but please don't upload my lots themselves to the Exchange. Though if you'd like to use any of my lots in a world you've created, and want to upload the world to the Exchange, that's fine. Just toss me some credit, and it'll all be good. Throwing me a link to how you've used any of my stuff would also be appreciated. :D
