This little Family Villa for up to 8 sims was originally build as a base game starter home, however, it turned out to be too expensive for a starter because I wanted it to have a little swimming pool and a garden. The house is fully furnished with mostly cheap furnishings and appliances so this is something that your sims can work on to improve. Gameplay is very nice with this lot. Your sims will enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoor grill in the backyard.
