While the outside of the house looks modern, the interior is rather cosy. The house is built on split levels, it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one on each floor). A small swimming pool and an outdoor grill is in the backyard of the house. No Custom Content and no Store Items were used to build the house, it requires the Base Game only.
