This very home was inspired by a real home in the town of Watertown, TN, just like one of my other uploads; 'Safe & Sound'. This home also featured in a country music video, however this time it was only very briefly in the video for 'Tornado' by Little Big Town. I did use a bit of artistic license by adding the front and back gable and imagining the interior in a slightly dated fashion. But I'm rather pleased with the results and so I present 'Fairchild Grove'; named after one of the band members.

The house was built using only basegame content on a 20 by 30 lot, costing 50,914 Simoleons furnished, and 31,925 Simoleons unfurnished.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and two porches; both of which are furnished for enjoying a lazy Tennessee afternoon.

I hope you will all enjoy this little taste of history, country and Tennessee, a lot of roads seem to be leading me to the little town of Watertown recently, and now this house will lead you there too.
