The house comes complete with a living room, a welcoming kitchen/dining area, bathroom, two bedrooms, and retains the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to shops, school and transport.

Ammenities include:
Top of the line alarm system
Fire alarm conveniently hidden behind the extractor fan
Built in robes in both bedrooms
Large spacious Garage
Seperate Bath and Shower
Large Spacious garden ready for your own personal touch.

This brand new house is priced to sell at $47,451, be quick it wont last long!

I am going to be uploading a few houses like this, I wanted to make some houses as you would find for sale in real life. No furniture but just fixtures - Kitchen (no fridge, you dont tend to get one in the sale of the house normally!) bathroom fixtures built in robes etc. I did want it to cost less, but quite often quality overides quantity

enjoy!
