Custom bills

Your Sims open their mailboxes twice a week... and laugh at their bills?
Maybe it's time to add a bit more challenge and make their lives a bit harder (or much harder), and with these mods you can set the level of difficulty as it pleases you. Increase their bills a bit (or a lot) and let's see if your (now poor) Simmies keep laughing.
And, well, since I was at it I thought I should add an option for lower bills too, since some people may prefer it easier instead.

These mods are simply overrides of the values and do not affect the billing routine at all, so your Sims will keep getting their bills twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, as in the default configuration.

Which file should I download?
There are ten different files here and you must make sure you have in your downloads folder only one of them.
They are named by percentages compared to the default ones: 100% would be default, 50% half of the default ones, 200% double of the default ones and so on.

This mod does not modify apartment bills
Please use my apartment bills mod instead or in adition to this one.


System requirements
I have not marked any EPs in the info page because no specific one is required, but you will probably need to have one (any one) for this to work.
It's possible it won't work if you have basegame only but I was not able to test it. If that's your configuration and it does not work for you please let me know and I'll be glad to work out a basegame version for you.

Known conflicts

• As mentioned above, these will conflict with each other - have only one in your game downloads folder; if you change your mind remove it before dropping in the new one.
• This mod will conflict with others that change the bill amounts, such as Cyjon's Bigger Bills. No point in having both at the same time though.
• Buyable mailboxes and default replacements may interfere with billing mods.
  Try loading the custom mailbox BEFORE this mod. I've tested some and it worked just fine that way, although I can't guarantee it's the case with all mailboxes.
