I saw this program about a couple who built a modern industrial apartment in the middle of London. They were surrounded by workshops, among them an orchestra. I thought that was an interesting concept, but I made it residential in this game. That means your sim now has a bar, carpenter workshop, a grill and a greenhouse to it's disposal.

The apartment if you like is very big with a 2 floor high center room. It has it's own entrance and a secluded garden at the back. The house is made for a lot with streets on two side, Hallow Slough. You may find it equally useful somewhere else though.

It's made mainly with two types of brick. The original had several more of cause. Above is the main room bar. This should be a great place to entertain guests and build some serious skills.

As you can see above the workshops is closest to the street letting the center core belong to the family. It has two floors.

Main apartment: First floor, big main room with kitchen/diner/living, main bathroom and master bedroom.
Second floor contains 2 bedrooms for kids of all ages, big bathroom, library/office and gym. A good extra room at the end corner for hobbies and such.

Model used is Tonje Fram, she's a music lover. Her favourite room was naturally the bar music player. Both the house and the model is available on Origin ID: Volvenom
