Big family house with 4 single bedrooms, 1 nursery ensuite, 1 master suite, 3 reseption rooms, gardenroom with planters, chess and bonzai tree, playroom for the kids with a gametable and dollshouse, tiki bar, bbq and tables in the garden and more planters.



On the main floor it has the diningroom, main livingroom with doors to the garden and the drawingroom with a fireplace. 1 good size kitchen with old looking appliances and a modern fridge, just to be on the safe side. Opposite the kitchen from the hallway is the guest bathroom with a corner jet tub, a lion feet bath and a regular shower.



Above is the diningroom, below is the drawingroom.



Second floor has the master suite in the picture below, with bedroom, bathroom and dressingroom. It also has two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. Gardenroom at the back and a balcony at the front.



Third floor has two more kids bedrooms and a nursery ensuite. Another bathroom in the front room with a dormer. In the center between these rooms are the playroom for the kids. One corner has a fridge for the baby feeding. Roof balcony at the back.

Custom Content NOT included:

Extra EA item used, the tiki bar following the limited edition CD. If our experience with TS3 is anything to go by it should just be replaced or left out, if you don't have it.

Installation

Unzip it and put the files inside as they are in the tray folder, don't attempt to open them and don't put them in a folder.

Size: 30x40, I bulldozed the Umbrago manor lot.
