You know that cute little warehouse hangout they added in Twinbrook that was later made into festival grounds when Seasons came out?

Well I took that warehouse and put it on a larger lot, turned it on it's side, raised the roof and gave it more of a city appeal, then turned it into a flashy Gym.

Included is everything you need for a gym lot, workout machines, pool table, bathrooms with showers, pool, bar, etc.

I stayed away from CC, minus the awesome hedge fence that came with RH - I love that fence and I use it on a lot of my builds. If you want the lot to look as it does in these photos, click the bottom link for the RH world if you do not already have it. I searched for just the fence, but apparently it is not sold separately. If you have no interest in the fence, it will automatically revert to the Wrought Iron Fence from base game.

The hedge fence comes from Roaring Heights. If you want this fence to show up, you should have Roaring Heights installed, or it will revert to another fence in your game.
