I built this miniscule lot for the the theme of the month - Get Fit!
It has 3 floors, not including the roof. On the ground floor, there's a tiny pool. On the first floor, there's a table tennis table, a tv and a few chairs to relax on after a long work out. On the second floor, there's a few work-out benches for your bodybuilder Sims, and on the roof, there's some treadmills for your more cardio-focused Sims.
If you have any problems with this lot, just let me know and I'll see what I can do to fix them!
