Bela Bela is a Sepedi word, and means The Earth is Boiling. it is not Bella Bella, it is Bela Bela (sound of e similar to the ai sound in hair or fair).
It should work with the Base Game Only.
Drop the pictures and SC4-file in your SC4Terrains-folder.
You may need to use a camera mod of your choice.
