Simple homes for simple Sims number 13 (no cc)

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a lovely living room, a kitchen with plenty of space for dining and neat front garden. An office desk fits into the space next to the main bathroom, the second bathroom is en suite.

The entrance is a sliding door and the porch is a good size for sims to sit and read the newspaper or chat, especially because there is a roof over it.

As all my simple homes, it has:

no CC
Fixtures only (including lights, alarms, phone, bathroom and kitchen objects)
All plants are accessible
one storey only
