Titus was never really accepted into society. Maybe it was partially due to his strange looks, or maybe his violent nature, but whatever the reason, everyone avoided him. Although he is not exactly very smart, he soon he learned that trying to ask nicely would get him nowhere. What he lacks in intelligence he makes up for in brute strength, and simply takes what he wants. If the owner of the item has a problem with that, well, too bad.
