Hi There! Welcome to Simeltown!!!

It has many areas of 5x5, which gives a more realistic look.

This neighborhood is made for use with the Criquette 40 tiles road bridge
also recommend all His great Neighborhood Deco!

It also has an area for beach lots, if you can't place a beach lot read This tutorial, its very useful



I forgot to mention that to see the whole map you need to use some camera mod , I use a combination of these... according to my preferences and needs
