Love porches and balconies? If so, here's a house just for you! This home comes with a total of 2 balconies, and 3 porches. The kitchen leads out to one of the covered porches and is also open to the dining room which also leads out to another covered porch. 2 of the bedrooms have their own private balcony. There is 3 floors with a bathroom on each floor. There is a full basement with a lowered driveway leading to the garage. The basement also includes a office/study with artist easel. The lot is a flat lot and able to be added to a larger lot if preferred, however, there is room off to the side of the driveway to add a play area if so desired.

I took pictures of the house in a wintery setting for those who have seasons-not required- would like to see it with snow.
