Future Wave ~ NO CC

I wanted to build something that looked futuristic but was perfectly inhabitable by regular Sim-humans... or maybe by a an alien bachelor?

It's a 1 bedroom house with little privacy. The bedroom is only separated by a halfwall and the bathroom - which does have normal walls - has a crystal door and a large windows.
It's not meant to invite a large party but maybe an special one. Or several special ones, one at a time - your romance Sims will love it!
