Well first you need Andrew's pose player available here. http://sims4studio.com/thread/2617/andrews-studio
Scumbumbo's teleport sculpt. http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=573162
And the slab from my morgue set. http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=580881
It consist of an only pose. With this your sim play dead like a corpse with andrew pose player.
Just put scumbumbo's sculpt in the middle of the slab, teleport a sim there and select the pose.
Also as a bonus I have included a unisex guts tattoo for autopsy related storytelling/photos. Its located at the chest tattoos area in CAS.
