The Whallin Plaza And Concert Hall (No CC)

Recently, I decided to do away with the central park in Sunset Valley, and replace it with a new plaza that my Sims could visit for needs and to go shopping. I finally decided to base the plaza around a large historic concert hall, as I also wanted to create a new venue for my performing Sims to play at. The end result was the grand and extravagant Whallin Concert Hall. This massive building is a historic concert hall that is fully usable as a show venue for your Sims. Aside from the main auditorium, the hall also includes a backstage, prop storage room, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, and a security office. The lobby is set with buffet tables and two bars for intermission and reception uses.

The plaza also includes four other buildings that are fully usable by your Sims. Three are rabbitholes: A supermarket, a bookstore, and a corner store. The last one is a small coffee shop I built that Sims can visit for a snack or drink before seeing a show or after shopping around for awhile. There are lots of open places around the plaza with fountains, benches, tables, etc. where Sims can perform for tips or set up fair booths for the holidays.

I hope you enjoy this new plaza and have fun using the theatre to perform at, or shop around the various other stores. I'm really excited about how this whole lot came out and hope you can find a spot for it in your towns as well!
