Hi everyone! Today I'm bringing you all a new house to enjoy, this time smaller than my usual builds, but just as detailed and fun! This little home was inspired by the historic homes around where I live, as I live right outside a historic preservation site with houses and buildings dating back to the 1700's. This particular build was directly based on one of these homes.

The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The original house would have actually ended behind the foyer stairs, but an addition was later built onto it that brought about the large formal sitting room as well as the screened in porch on the back. Upstairs are the two main bedrooms, and way up in the third floor is a small third bedroom along with a full bathroom and landing. This house, given it's older time period, is one of the few houses I've built without closets.

I really hope you all enjoy this little build! It fits perfectly into any town with a historic district or if your Sim is looking for a cozy little house with a rich sense of history! Happy Simming!
