First of all, I wanna thank everyone again who helped me to improve the apartment.

So, here it is: My first apartment for the Sims 3.
It's an apartment built in the city, so it would fit perfectly in one of your cities. I got a little bit inspired by the New York apartments, but made my own version of a city apartment.



The apartment is four floors high, but the apartment you can use is on the third floor.
When you enter the apartment by using the stairs, there's a big hall. Here is the mailbox of the apartment, some paintings and a plant. You can use the elevator to go to the third floor.
The aparment has one bedroom, a livingroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and TWO balconies.
I decorated it in pink style, but if you move a guy-sim in, you can change the colors any way you want to.




The apartment is built on a 20x20 lot. The price furnished is 27.732 and 3.967 unfurnished. Yes, it's cheap. :D
I used three CC's, those are all not included.

- The first is the rug in the livingroom. This is created by Stylist Sims. You can find it at the bottom of the page.
- The second are the plants in the hallways. Those are created by Simpossible. They are in the package of Rest Bedroom set.
- The third are the stairs at the back of the apartment. Those are the 'firestairs' but you can't use them actually. The stairs are created by Lisen801.
