I proudly present my first budget upload of the new year (last being in November 2017) and a continuation of Frugal Lane...
4 Frugal Lane - A

While building this home, I had a bit of a decorating/color theme dilemma which led to a 4 Frugal Lane (B) and 4 Frugal Lane (C) being created as well (each with their own color scheme, but the same shape and roommate feel of the home), so please do keep an eye out for those too in the very near future.

Sticking to my self-imposed budget of 20k for Frugal Lane homes, here we have a home that may fit in on the, ummm, rougher side of town. Perfect for siblings or friends, the bedrooms and bathrooms lend equal space to whomever stays here. I would imagine this home to be for those who prefer gaming, tinkering and would fancy having a puppy/dog around to build memories with. You will find the kitchen a bit sparce, as I built this with pleasure seeking inhabitants in mind - those who would just order pizza and have microwave meals and sandwiches, rather than actually cook.

This may also be a nice college town home, as each bedroom has a private bookcase and desk. All it would take is to easily switch out the bedroom doors for Myne doors. There are lots of fun things to do to get the Fun meter back up after an intense cram session and even a coffee pot to fuel those all-night homework marathons! The choice, as always, is yours! I hope you find an exciting story to tell with this home.

This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 2 bathrooms with showers.
  • Space for a puppy/dog (or cat if you switch things around).
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • An assortment of fun objects - dartboard, pinball machine and TV.
  • Driveway installed (usable) with fixer-upper hobby car.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
