University: College of Engineering

Description:
I never understood the point of the "Group Science Park" in the University. I mean, what is it? It has some mega-techno futuristic thingie, yet it is smacked in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a chain-linked fence?


So I built the College of Engineering on top of it. It is a 5 story engineering building with a modern look. The first 3 levels contain the strange mega-techno engineering device, including 2 observation decks (1 enclosed, 1 open). It also comes with a cafeteria for all those geeky nerds who pull all-nighters in the engineering lab. (Oh, if you're an engineer, you know what I'm talking about. ) The final level is the lab level with two departmental labs.



Floor Plans:



First Floor:
The floor holds the strange futuristic technological machine.



Second Floor:
The enclosed observation deck.



Third Floor:
The open observation deck.



Fourth Floor:
Cafeteria for the hungry nerds. The floor is glass so you can observe the machine at work while you eat.



Fifth Floor:
Laboratory Floor with 2 labs.



EP List: Listed EP are what I have. I don't keep track what I use from which EP. Needless to say you will University as this is a university lot. Everything else should be optional, but I used a lot of furniture from ITF.


CC LIST: Only a few CCs and they're for deco, so they're optional. Two are store items.
* "cafe break set board" - Part of the Cafe Break Set by Mensure at TSR. (LINK) This is the menu board in the cafeteria.

* "ATS3 Bus Shelter Bench" - By Sandy at Around the Sims 3. (LINK) This is the bench used in the observation lounge.

* "Homemade Jar Planter" - EA Store Item (LINK) Wall plant used in the hallways.

* "Plants in Glass" - EA Store Item (LINK) Wall plant used in the hallways.


Known Issues:
- Lot type: When you plop this lot down, it will be reset to "no visitors allowed." Use "testingcheatsenabled true" and "enablelotlocking true" cheat and then select "Group Science Park."

- Cafeteria: Seats directly above the machine will not work. They're just there for deco. Other seats will work.
