With this mod, Sims always go outside to jump rope. They still cannot do it in deep snow or on a road.
It also prevents a jump rope from being covered by snow.

Update (24 Nov 2024): A jump rope can no longer be covered by snow. Sims who aren't on the ground level are now much more likely to find a place to jump rope.
Known issues
Sims who aren't on the ground level (the foundation level is not the ground level) may choose odd places to jump rope (e.g. in an arbor, near a distant tree, or near a trash can), or may not be able to find a place at all.

This mod does not conflict with mods that change autonomy of jumping rope.
