In an unmodded game, High Society Pillar Plus - Three-Story columns from University are always black in the neighborhood view (as long as you don't use default replacement textures) – no matter what colors they are in the lot view.
With this mod, colors of those columns in the neighborhood view match their colors in the lot view.
