These apartments were originally intended for the play-along of Gummilutts apartment contest.
I didn't have enough to time to do a build from scratch (clearly, since I never even got them finished!) So I took an old run down factory lot of mine and converted it into some apartments for city living.



There are four apartments, each with two bedrooms. The fourth has a loft bedroom with amazing views across the city.

The complex is fully gated and consists of a gym for the residents, a lovely courtyard to relax in and a bbq area and swimming pool.

Bus stop right outside (not a functional one, but we can pretend!)

Apartments are fully furnished, but very sparsely, so you can put your own stamp on them.

Cost is $1258-1513

You will need to use the Inaccessible Beds hack from Simlogical to be able to access some of the double beds.
