Simple houses for simple Sims number 30 (the final one)

This home offers a sim family 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining/living open area and a garage attached to the house. Inside, the living area has a sliding door that leads to a covered porch with extra living space. A garden with a number of trees and a swimming pool completes the backyard.

This is number 30 and the final one of my simple homes for simple Sims.
As such, it has the following traits:

no cc
fixtures only (lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
all plants are accessible
playability
one floor residence

I hope some of you will enjoy at least some of my simple homes, and may your simple Sims enjoy them too
