A little junkyard for Riverview in my EP Build Project. This time, instead of basing the exterior directly off of a single location, I have it loosely inspired by three different waste treatment centers/landfills/etc. in Kansas. I have it placed at 275 Cotton Branch Drive, but it can be placed on any 20x30 lot. It is built on a slight hill, but the edges are flat, so it shouldn't mess up the landscape of Riverview.

The interior contains a little office area made of "old" furniture. The fenced enclosure out back contains one tall scrap pile, three small scrap piles, and the junk spawners. Both the interior and the exterior contain some decorative "junk" items.

No custom content or store content is used in this build.
