If your Sim is looking for a good spot to rent a room, while still visiting community lots around the area, this building may be the ticket. Introducing the Vacation Beach Hotel.



Originally called "Payoff 9" Hotels, this location is ideal for warm destinations. The lot features a gift shop, outdoor dining, an entertainment room, a pool, hot tubs, and other amenities to help make your Sims enjoy the site. Has up to 11 rooms for rent. Pets not allowed. Enjoy the sandy terrain beneath your feet. Do check out the images to find out what it's like!

This property used Chris Hatch's Lot Cleaner prior to packaging. Was not handled by Sims who you might see in the images.
